Closest restaurants and grocery shops are in the neighborhood from the larger Condo Projects around the corner.

Closest nightlife is Jomtien Complex with loads of beerbars. Large Thai style music bars are along Jomtien Beach. All within walking distance.

In general, all kind of small pets are allowed, as long they are entertained within the private premises. Outside the premises all pets need to be leashed.
Most rental properties will not allow pets on the premises. Check with your Landlord or Host.

The Project does not have a Fitness or Common Pool. But wide roads.

Yes, strict security 24H on the entrance, and also walking/cycling.

Direct outside the project you will not find taxi’s. You have to go to Jomtien Second Rd, or near the Condo projects.
