Jomtien Beach is walkable, but not everywhere is a nice footpath to walk on. With a motorbike it is around 5 minutes.

Direct outside the main entrance are several 7/11 shops, small eateries and buffet seafood.

In the direct area not, but on Jomtien Beach are a lot of large and small entertainment venues.

In general, all kind of small pets are allowed, as long they are entertained within the private premises. Outside the premises all pets need to be leashed.
Most rental properties will not allow pets on the premises. Check with your Landlord or Host.

The project has wide roads, and also footpaths, a larage (unsupervised) playground. The communal pool is of writing (early 2021, out of order)

Yes, both Sukhumvit rd. As well as Jomtien Beach are close by. Lots of traffic on the main entrance of the project (Soi Chaiyapruck)
